TRACC RADIO.TV STUDIOS EXCURSION Policy Welcome to TRACC RADIO.TV STUDIOS. We are committed to providing high-quality services in your HOLLYWOOD EXCURSION booking. Please review our general policy for this service before making a purchase or booking our services. Booking & Service Terms By purchasing or booking any service with TRACC RADIO.TV STUDIOS, you acknowledge and agree to the following guidelines: 1. No Refund Policy • All sales and bookings are final. TRACC RADIO.TV STUDIOS does not offer refunds for any services for excursions. • The only exception to this policy is if TRACC RADIO.TV STUDIOS is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative time. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations • If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must provide a minimum of 1 week notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability. • Cancellations made by the client outside of the above guidelines, will not be refunded or credited toward future services. 3.
